Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please read our return policy carefully, as it varies depending on the product type.

1. Art Faire (Redbubble.com)

  • Items purchased through our Redbubble store (“Art Faire”) are subject to Redbubble’s return policy.

  • We supply products to Redbubble, but they manage the sales and returns.

  • You can view Redbubble’s return policy here:

  • We always welcome feedback on our designs, even if returns are handled by Redbubble.

2. Art Prints (Printful.com)

  • Returns for Art Prints purchased directly through the CineStore website are handled by us.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via the “Contact” menu on the CineStore website.

    • Initial Contact Example:

      • Subject: “Return Requested”

      • Message: “My poster is the wrong size!”

  • We will respond to your initial request via email to gather more details.

  • Please be prepared to provide:

    • A detailed description of the issue.

    • Photos documenting any damage.

  • We will forward your claim to our Print-on-Demand (POD) partner, Printful, for assessment based on their return policy.

  • If Printful approves the claim, they will provide you with instructions for returning the item for replacement.

Important Notes About Art Print Returns:

  • Printful’s Policy: Printful’s standard policy is to offer replacements, not refunds.

  • Cinemanskyes’ Discretion: In situations where Printful denies a claim, Cinemanskyes may, at our discretion, choose to:

    • Replace the item at our expense.

    • Issue store credit.

    • Offer a refund.

Before Requesting a Return:

  • Timeframe for Claims: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Missing Packages: If your package does not arrive by the estimated delivery date **:

    1. Contact your local post office and inform them of the non-delivery.

    2. Contact Cinemanskyes with your correct address within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will submit a claim to Printful for a redelivery attempt.

  • Lost/Missing Package Handling:

    1. Lost or missing packages are returned to Printful, not Cinemanskyes.

    2. Printful will send you an automated email notification when they receive a returned shipment.

    3. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

    4. Important: If the tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, Cinemanskyes is not responsible for replacing or refunding missing or stolen items.

  • Buyer’s Remorse:

We encourage buyers to carefully review product designs and mockups before purchasing. Unless there is clear and significant discrepancy between the product you receive and the product image displayed on the store site our policy is no returns for buyer’s remorse. If the buyer chooses to pursue a claim they may contact Cinemanskyes with photo documentation and we will review the claim and respond with further details to address the issue.which may require returning  the purchased item to Cinemanskyes in its original or comparable protective packaging. Damaged goods received may forfeit replacement or refund.

**EDT (Estimated Delivery Time):

EDT is an estimate of the total time to produce the product and ship to the customer. EDT will be provided with orders . If your item did not arrive within 5 days after the EDT please contact us and we will address the issue.
