Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. This is accommodate the additional time time it tales to print custom prints and posters after purchase.
Printful’s standard Return Policy is to replace not refund purchases, however, Cinemanskyes may consider other options under extenuating circumstances. Once a Return request has been received it will be forwarded to Printful for evaluation.
Eligible Replacement items include:
– Prints/Posters arrive in damaged condition.
– Printing errors (such as misaligned registration).
Non returnable:
– Paper grade or finish not as expected.
– Acceptable Color Shifting from items on website viewed on electronic devices.
– Buyers Remorse.
To initiate a Replacement please provide the following:
– Proof of purchase
– Photo documentation of any damage or printing errors.
– Printful may require items be returned in it’s original packaging.
